URGENT: Triggering of Supernova possible at Fermilab

SUPERNOVA FROM EXPERIMENTATION AT FERMILAB

Many thanks to everyone for prompt actions in this most tragic concern. The collider at Fermilab has again established a new record for luminosity with 54.17E30 at 978.53 GeV. The penetrance toward de Sitter space is defined as the breaching of a large potential barrier which may be subject to quantum tunnelling as shown in the classic work of Malcolm Perry, Quantum tunnelling towards an exploding Universe? ( See column to the right for related links).

A potential barrier can be overcome, however, in a classic sense simply as a function of energy. It may, therefore, be expected that as the energies at Fermilab are increased, where they are already at the levels found at the point origin of the Universe, there is an increased probability of breaching the potential barrier towards an exploding Universe, i.e., de Sitter space - thus creating a Type Ia Supernova.

Please contact the media - radio, television, newspapers and talk to them of your concerns in this connection now. This is effective! All the children will thank you for your actions on their behalf - and may the good God have mercy on our souls! ALL BEST WISHES .

Yours sincerely,

Paul W. Dixon, Ph.D.

Are there any journal or other reports on this possibility?

Aloha, anonymous - In reading his manuscript (right column, Dr. Dixon's Web-blog), you will note that he has apparently submitted it widely and is awaiting reactions. His bio (also in the right column) notes that he has been nominated for the Nobel three times suggesting that he may not be a crackpot. It would be nice to have folks with knowledge of quantum mechanics or higher math comment on the manuscript here.

Wow! The activity on this blog is as massive as the supernova being generated at fermilabs.
Like, absolute zero, man!

Aloha, Dr. Dixon - Thank you for sharing your recent (May 2005)exchange of messages with Dr. Garbincius, Dep. Dir. of the Fermi Lab accelerator divison. I note that he acknowledges your point that a Supernova is indeed possible. However, he dismisses the danger because the probabilities are "vanishingly small." On the other hand, can you enlighten us as to the rationale for even doing the high energy experiments in the first place - there has to be a reason for putting the universe at risk, other than money and hubris, I would think.

Hi, Dr. Dixon,

Thank you for your updated links, particularly, Dr. Richard Wagner's page with FAQ and other useful links.

I note that Wagner pretty much refutes the "Speculative Disaster Scenarios at Brookhaven Collider" (9/99) with his careful, reasoned paper. I also note that your thorough analysis of the "CERN study of potential dangers" (2/03)points out that the study ignored your warnings about possible transition to de Sitter space from collider experiement.

Both you and Dr. Wagner obviously have discredited the so-called studies that minimized dangers from the experiments at the facilities (CERN and Brookhaven). What else can be done to sound the alarm of the potential dangers to further collider experiments?

SUPERNOVA FROM EXPERIMENTAION AT FERMILAB

Many thanks for your kind interest int his tragic concern.

Please note in Malcolm J. Perry's Quantum tunneling towards an exploding Universe? that breaching the potential barrier towards de Sitter Space will release the force of a Type Ia Supernova. Please contact the the Attorney Gerneral Illinois, Lisa Madigan with your concerns. It is is only a miracle that the accelerator with energies seen some 10^-9 seconds after the Big Bang at the point origin the the Universe have not already released the force of a Supernova in Batavia Illinois.

All Best Wishes,

Yours sincerely,

Paul W. Dixon, Ph.D.

The problem with Dr. Dixon's thesis is that his language is so awful and his jargon is so thick that not even a highly respected physicist like Dr. Garbincius can decipher what he means, much less rebut his contorted and obtuse assertions. For example, what (precicely) is the mechanism through which the Tevatron can access this de Sitter space and what (precicely) is the mechanism through which this access creates a supernova? Is he claiming that all supernovae are created in this way? Why hasn't the Tevatron destroyed the solar system already, as Dr. Dixon claimed it would at least fifteen years ago? Why don't cosmic rays (with energies many, may orders of magnitude higher than the Tevatron) create supernovas?

Dear Elliot

Alas, the conceptual framework as seen in Malcolm J. Perry's Quantum
tunnelling towards an Exploding Universe? as posted in this blog is
complex and abstact. Variation in the energetics of deSitter space may
provide a controlling variable as to the generation of a Type Ia
Supernova. Walter Wagner a Physicist has reviewed all of the physics and
has said that this is correct as it stands.

Wishing you a Happy Holiday Season,

Yours sincerely,

Paul W. Dixon, Ph.D.

This is a lie. 'Doctor' (not that he's a doctor in anything to do with physics) Dixon hasn't been nominated for a Nobel Prize once, never mind three times. He's lying and he's a full blown wacko crack pot.

I bet he won't engage in a discussion which requires him to show working knowledge of the things he talks about like tensors and deSitter space. Why? Because he doesn't have a clue about them.

When a website links to a spam site or other type of site that Google looks poorly upon, it makes
the website popular. If you want to get the right content happens with the
right frequency. Even though you may get referral traffic, Google will act as if you aren't patient in this kind of submission.
